Pleased with the table. Service was terrible. A mistake was made with metal parts not being glued into the base. It took 5 telephone conversations and a lot of time to get the problem rectified. Attitude of staff spoken to was totally disinterested and utterly unapologetic. We had to send photos and insist part was sent out by courier as staff were perfectly prepared to leave us with a part assembled heavy table over Easter. We were going to buy other items of furniture but after our experience will shop elsewhere. Very disappointed as we do really like the look of the table.

Please let me offer my sincerest apologies for the problems you have had in your dealings with us and I'm sorry to hear that there were issues with the tables itself originally. As a company we do all we can to ensure that items arrive with customers in perfect condition, alas sadly as you are aware, this is not always the case. In order to best assist our customers with any damages or issues they have with their new products, we will always ask to see photos of anything that you are not 100% happy with so we can easily come to the best resolution. After all, it is impossible for us to help if we cannot see the problems for ourselves. I can completely understand that it is frustrating that this happened over the Easter period so again apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. The table is beautifully smooth and good looking. People comment on it each time. We are very pleased with it , and the way it extends is smooth. I like the way it can be locked for moving as well as just clipped so it cannot be extended by mistake.
The table was delivered very promptly and exactly as agreed with the courier. It had had been well packaged and was in excellent condition. After eventually mastering the assembly instructions, the table was erected in approximately half an hour. The build quality was very good and we are delighted with our purchase. The service received from the Cotswold Company relative to this purchase was outstanding and we would not hesitate to use them again.
