It’s been really refreshing to buy a product that’s not merely well made, but obviously the work of people who take a pride in what they’re doing. The table is rock solid, beautifully finished, and a sheer pleasure to look at.
It’s also free of all the designer affectations that deterred us from buying everything we’d seen elsewhere. Just classic, functional and excellent value for money. Also carefully packed to preclude damage in transit.
Finally, customer service at Cotswold was excellent. There was no problem with our changing our mind about the colour at the last moment, and the priority was on being helpful rather than emphasis on ‘our systems and procedures’ which is so often the case elsewhere.
Couldn’t be happier.
