Corner Glass Display Cabinet

Our Cabinet was delivered one week ago - Damaged - The delivery men took photographs of the damaged exterior but were not permitted to unpack it, because of Covid rules. 20 minute after removing the extensive packaging we found the cross member damaged and the top door had been pushed in dislodging a door stop and moving the other door stop, the doors were now misaligned. After 20 minutes I eventually got through to customers services, photograph were taken and emailed to customer services. Several hours later customer services emailed saying the door misalignment could be due to uneven floors - I don't think so. I ask for a replacement and to have the cabinet removed. No further communication from Cotswold. I called yesterday 6 days after I received the damaged cabinet - no progress. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow the payment of £499 will go to dispute through my Credit Card Company. So Dear Future Customer good products if they arrive safely but any dispute with Cotswold beware their customer service is barely scraping one star ATT. Cotswold please get in touch

The product arrived with some small chips on the right hand leading edge. The delivery driver pointed them out after unpacking the product, took some photos and said he would report it. He said I should get a call about it the next day. Five working days have gone by without any contact from the Aftercare Department. In that time, I've had three requests for feedback on different aspects of my experience and one acknowledgement and promise to pass my issue to Aftercare. What are you going to do about it?

We were looking for tall corner unit in a subtle shade and this fitted the bill. It looks great and the lower unit has a good amount of space for 40 glasses in different sizes. The upper display unit also has a good amount of space with adjustable shelves. Only criticism is that the catches that secure the door are too stiff. We found with a similar Cotswold item that the receiving catch came loose because of the amount of pull that needs to be applied each time the door is opened. Care required with that, but otherwise a very good piece of furniture.
