Display Cabinet with 2 Doors

We are now very pleased with the quality, appearance and usefulness of this cabinet. Unfortunately we did have to wait a week longer than originally hoped, as the first piece of furniture had a door which had been forced shut, but which once opened would not shut easily, without having to lift it and push hard. We felt it should never have left the factory, but the delivery company informed Cotswold of the problem and we were assured that its replacement would be checked over before it was despatched. Fortunately it was worth the wait!

We bought this item and the matching TV unit. We had issues with both, uneven doors on both and on this unit warped doors top and bottom. The only other annoyance with the unit which is not described in the advert, was the top is hollow, so you cannot easily place any display item on it. If I'd had know that, I may have looked harder for the item elsewhere. However as with the replacement TV unit, the customer service was very good and sent a replacement within 2 weeks and this item is much better. What was not so good was the delivery team that delivered the second lot of furniture, they left muddy foot prints all over the new light coloured carpet. We were not impressed, but fortunately the mud came out with no issues. Had this been right first time, I would probably mark as a 5 out of 5, but because of the hassle and having to get a replacement I have marked it as a 4. As I stated for the TV unit, customer service was spot on and the replacement had clearly been checked and we are very happy with our purchase.

When it is delivered make sure that the brackets for the shelves are there as I had to wait for 3 days for these to be sent so all the stuff we were to transfer from our existing dresser had to stay in the living room!!
