great piece of furniture very strong and well put together, not cheap and cheerful, but very strong and very good quality, worth paying a bit more for , the guys who delivered brought it inside unpacked it , took away the rubbish, and placed it where i wanted it, excellent service from beginning to end thank you, i can highly reccomend buying from this company

The display cabinet is well made and very good quality. However, we were informed by the delivery drivers it was kerbside only but fortunately they brought it inside. Contrary to the review of Elaine Hodgkinson Feb 26th 2023 we were unlucky as unpacking and removal of packaging was dismissed. I have contacted Cotswold and was informed by one member of Customer Support I had selected a one man delivery. This would have been impossible. Another Customer Support person said that unpacking and removal of packaging could not be guaranteed. As I have recently bought a sideboard and the display cabinet we have a lot of packaging to deal with and are disappointed with that. Why is this discretionary and not universally applied certainly with larger items?
