Ordering was simple and delivery was very rapid. Unfortunately it arrived with a split in the back wall of the top dresser unit, which we noticed after the delivery team had left. I immediately phoned Cotswold and sent details and a photo as requested. This was a week ago, but I have had no response at all. Come on Cotswold, when are you going to replace it?

I am still waiting for an undamaged dresser top to be delivered. It has been delivered 3 times now and each piece has been damaged. I was due to have it delivered for a 4th time on the 5.9.22 but received a text in the morning to say it wouldn't be coming as out of stock. Very disappointing. I await to hear when it will be next delivered

Mixed feelings Lovely well made dresser as you'd expect and hope for no complaints regarding the product. Delivery was good
Slightly annoyed to receive a week later to receive a 10% discount of my first order email. My advice sign up to newsletter and wait a week before making a purchase.
