Expected delivery was four weeks arrived after six. The dresser top was damaged, hinges bent, crack in the door and damage to the back - contacted customer services then to be told that the item was discontinued so the top we had ordered could not be replaced - gutted. Only one option of top available which we have had to accept but not really what we wanted. Initial contact with customer services was poor as we had to do the chasing despite being told they would call back! Ended up speaking to four plus people. And still awaiting delivery of the new top - lets hope it arrives in one piece!!!
