Carefully crafted from oak and oak veneers we have finished this impressive display unit with a hand applied wax to bring out the natural beauty in the wood grain and further protected it with a coating of clear lacquer to make sure it will survive life's little knocks and scrapes.

Product has a rustic, hand-waxed finish which is then sealed in clear lacquer to provide a rich hardwearing finish. Please note that each product is constructed from solid timber, which will be inherently unique in its grain, composition and colouring. Therefore each product will have variation in its appearance.

This is a lovely dresser and I'm very pleased with it. HOWEVER a word of warning if you live alone - this is extremely heavy and solid which is great for stability but terrible to try and install. Despite phoning Cotswold & Co who assured me that the delivery people would help me to unpack and install it, the delivery team refused to help as it was not on their "list". And despite further calls to Cotswold who said they would send someone to help, nobody ever came. I ended up with two huge sections of furniture filling my kitchen for a week until I managed to persuade a friend's sons to come over and help to install it. Not to mention the 5 huge bin bags of polystyrene that I had to dispose of as well - the cardboard packaging can at least be recycled but this turned out be a far more mammoth task than I ever expected.
