Arrived with broken base. Called the company four times but can’t get through to the right department. The other department also helped me to leave the message with urgent in the title but still no one has contacted me back. It is now in the middle of the sitting for over one week and I am still unable to contact your company’s customer service to rearrange collection and redelivery. I am considering cancelling the remaining tv stand purchase if your service standard is this low.

Unfortunately the product arrived damaged and the construction quality was very poor. Having been assured that whilst we bought the product unseen from the store at Stow on the Wold the returns process was easy, that too was difficult to arrange. All in all not a very inspiring shopping experience. It's unlikely that we will use the Cotswold Company again.

Arrived with 4 areas of damage - top badly scratched, leg scratched, a chunk taken out of the rear corner and a scratch on the front. Terrible. This is the second damaged item we've received from Cotswold Company. Sham as it is lovely otherwise!
