Delivery and other service good, but was a bit disappointed with the finish. The coat rack has screw holes on the front and these are very rough round the edges. The front of the bench is fine, but again the back is poorly finished. The screws are not in straight. If the same amount of attention had been given to the finish as was given to the packaging it would have exceeded expectations. I have never seen something so carefully wrapped.

I am so happy with my purchase. It fits our cloakroom perfectly and is such fantastic quality. Love that it comes fully assembled and that Cotswold provide you with a choice of handles. The service from beginning to end was 5 star and I have already made my second Cotswold purchase.
