Absolutely love this item, looks really lovely and holds alot of shoes and boots! Sadly mine arrived damaged which the delivery team informed me of once they had put it together (it was the last part so they wouldn’t have noticed until the end). I contacted support on live chat and was compensated appropriately and could have had a replacement sent however the thought of it all being taken down again etc felt like a lot. Luckily the damage is minor.

Lovely unit, but be aware self assembly of the top section requires quite a heavy lift to fit it to the base if you do it yourself. And there is a lot of packaging to dispose of!
