Was delivered damaged both sides on the bottom item and had damage on box together with boot prints all over it so sent back and still awaiting my refund.

Lovely unit, but be aware self assembly of the top section requires quite a heavy lift to fit it to the base if you do it yourself. And there is a lot of packaging to dispose of!

The Chester Charcoal Hallway Tidy, is so well made with a nice finish, the light coloured wood compliments the grey, giving it a cottage feel. It has given the small hallway the WOW factor. Fits in really well with other items of furniture already purchased from Cotswold. So well packed, self assembly was straight forward. Cotswold and the delivery company kept you well informed, on delivery date etc. The courier telephoned approx. 40 minutes before hand to say they were on their way.
