A fabulous addition to our new home in our hallway adding comfort and style. Unfortunately, the positioning meant tge wall screw woukd be close to electical wires in the wall so 2 new holes had to drilled. Natasha in customerservice promptly dispatched additionag colour matched screw hole stickers, thanks. It looks great

Item received was badly damaged and not accepted, nearly 2 weeks on I’m still awaiting refund and issue resolution.

Nice quality finish, looks great in my vestibule and functional, only negative was the delivery drivers did not unpack and remove packaging as promised and I struggled to do this on my own as it’s very heavy
