Beautiful furniture ... well made ...really love it... however I did complain as this arrived as a flat pack instead of ready made as advertised with delivery guys unwilling to assist due to non reasonable cv rules with your company but luckily my Marks and Spencer delivery guys put it together for me following their own rules for lockdown which involved opening windows .. socially distancing and masks...I was unable to do this as disabled single woman ... I hope you review your customer service and policies as that will result in a failed company despite such lovely furniture

Really pleased with our Hallway Tidy. Lovely colour and fits into the hall way really well. Lots of storage space in the bench and the hooks are sturdy enough for two coats each. There was a bit of assembly to do but the instructions were really clear so it didn't take too long to do, although because the pieces are quite big it is a two person task. The only downside was the amount of packaging, much of which was non recyclable and meant a trip to the tip (the car was full to the brim!) I'm not sure if Costwolds provide an unpacking service or the delivery people will take the packaging away as that would be really useful? I would also like to see more environmentally friendly packaging used in the future.

The piece of furniture looks beautiful where we have put it and will be a lovely well used piece. But when we put it together the predrilled holes and the screws/dowels were v slightly out of alignment. Which meant we have to use more than expected force to assemble it and consequently the wood split. Thankfully on the inside of the lift up seat so not visible. Its lovely but not quite the quality we were expecting for the price
