***TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***
Product ordered 7 May, received a faulty item - broken soft close fastening, broken dove tail joint. Numerous calls / emails / messages to "customer service", as of 21st August this is still not resolved. Different team members do not communicate, provide incorrect details, make incorrect bookings, do not answer or return calls. AVOID.

Lovely looking unit but once unpacked discovered a large split in the wood at the front and a chip in the corner at the back. Contacted Cotswolds company to arrange a replacement and after 7 days I still haven’t had a response.
