Very unhappy - The bench arrived damaged in one corner. My wife took pictures and spoke with customer services however, they were unhelpful. Despite promising to follow up they haven't. We have pictures, please let us know what can be done?

We are happy with this piece of furniture and it solved the problem of shoes lying around in the hall. It seems strong enough. It is very basic with less shape than the three basket version. We were a bit surprised to find it was made in China rather than being sturdy Brditish stuff!
