Only just got these shelves put up, took me a while to find some suitable crates to fit - Cotswold Co, you are missing a trick not selling crates/baskets to fit these storage shelves!!
I’m really pleased - hubby and friend fitted them, definitely a two man job as they are very solid and heavy - I think they look great and am looking forward to tidying up our small boot room.

Puchased this to go with the Appleby Oak Shoe Trunk I already had, and they look great together. The build quality is good but it let down by small details which is disappointing given the price. There was a screw missing from the top. The hooks were slightly out of plumb, and the caps given to cover the four screws at the front were dark brown instead of an oak wood colour. There were no caps supplied to cover the screw holes at the top, which to be fair would normally not be seen but in a hallway situation with stairs, this can be seen when going upstairs. Cotswold should not cut corners like this.

Lovely item, very solid and well put together. Shame it already had a split in part of it in a very visible position which I will have to try and glue back together to stop it getting worse. Also, the screw cover caps that come with it do not fit at all so I’ve had to leave the screws that attach it to the wall visible until I can source something else to cover them….a shame given the price paid!
