The product is excellent, the shade is a little lighter than shown but I expec the wood will mature in time, or we can always wax or colour varnish. Delivery was prompt and well handled. In summary Cotswold provided an excellent product at a very good price, so good value Ian
The cabinets are fine & good value.The problem is the delivery contractors.The first 2 were damaged & had to be returned.Side panel on first and corner on second [transported on its top against indication arrow]Third delivered by courier was fine.A previous order, a coffee table suffered similar fate but I had repaired.These people are going to ruin you business, take heed.Your admin & customer service are doing their best but are up against it due to them.

Arrived damaged. Was offered a reduction or a four to six week wait for a new one. NOt impressed

Whilst we do have numerous procedures in place to ensure that items arrive with customers in prestine condition, unfortunately items do get damaged in transit on the odd ocassion. If this is the case, we are happy to offer a replacement unit. We do hold the majority of our items in stock for fast delivery but I can see on this occasion we were temporarily out of stock and were expecting the next batch to reach us in 4-6 weeks.
