Very happy with the chair - did have the advantage of having tried it out in the Cotswold store in Stow beforehand but nonetheless, have spent quite a few hours in it since it arrived and it's comfortable and stylish while being unobtrusive, which given that my 'office' is in the guest bedroom, is really important.

Whilst the chairs are comfy to sit on. The seem low to me and I can't find out how they adjust to make them higher. The top just clips onto the legs in a single click but the adjuster arm doesn't seem to allow for them to be raised higher. It may be me, but I've assembled 100's of chairs over my life and this is the first time I haven't been able to raise them. If I could raise them it would be 5 stars as it is , its only 4
