Awful Service. The staff that came in to deliver the furniture was careless and forgot to bring their tools to assemble the desk. This resulted in delay in assembly and when they did come to assemble on their next visit the screws for the desk were missing from the packing and had to be resend by cotswold. Additionally they stained and scratched the hallway and stair case walls while carrying the product to the study room. It was a rainy day and they did not bother taking off their shoes or wearing shoe covers. Very inconsiderate of them specially when the house is a new house. The product is expensive and after paying a high price compared to the quality of the product, the service was disappointing. It will cost me even more to re-paint the walls damaged by them.

The furniture looks really good now it’s in place. It was delivered by two very helpful gentlemen who took all the packaging away. I had ordered this after searching for ‘fully assembled office furniture’. The write-up said that minor assembly was required for the desk but everything else was ready-assembled. Apart from handles and shelves this was mostly true. However - the desk came with instructions stating ‘this is a two-person job’ and turned out to need much more than minor assembly. The bookcase section was too overpowering on top of the cupboard so is now freestanding on the other side of the room, sadly with four screw-holes visible on top that presumably weren’t meant to be seen. Because it is well-built and good value for money we are happy to make do with this office suite, but as the marketing was misleading we will be thinking twice before ordering from Cotswold again. The company’s communication was generally poor as well.
