Item was not received.
I tracked the delivery which said it had been delivered to a neighbour, signed for by a Michael. There is no one called Michael in this Avenue, I checked with all neighbours, my parcel had not been delivered to any of them.
Your website states a message would be sent 2 hours prior to delivery with an ETA, this didn’t happen. I spoke to your customer services who looked into this, she rang back and said the delivery company admitted it had been delivered incorrectly, would be picked up the next day and delivered to me, again it was not received.
I spoke to customer services again on Saturday 30th October for an update, he had no knowledge of my concerns so I updated him, and requested a refund. I was advised this would not be possible until it was proved I had not received the item and he would have to speak to the delivery company.
I am extremely disappointed in your response to my issue. I hope to receive a refund as soon as possible.
