This parasol is completely redundant without the base so you must buy together. But even for us, with the base, the parasol doesn’t stay standing even on the absolute calmest of days. We are not in an exposed spot. We have had some great pieces from cotswolds, and great customer service, but unfortunately this parasol isn’t safe for us to use.

Was delivered slightly damaged/broken and missing a screw holding the top bit to bottom bit. I wrote in immediately with photos but noone has responded yet. Will be forced to raise a dispute with the cc company if we don't hear from someone.
