Fine quality everyday glasses. Other reviews remark on the visible logo, I don’t find it an issue.

These glasses have the manufacturer's logo etched on the underneath of the stem. This rather unattractive feature is very obvious when laying the glass on the table.
Not happy to have my original postage deducted when I returned the glasses. This is my first purchase from Cotswold - I am forewarned!
The Cotswold Company reply:
Hello Sandra, thank you for taking the time to review your Riva Wine Glass 260ml. We are sorry to hear that you found the glasses not suitable due to the manufacturer's logo etched on the underneath of the stem. I can see you have since spoken to one of the Customer Care Team and a collection and refund have been processed, if you wish to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to get in touch on 0333 200 1725. Best wishes, Jessica Sculfor - Executive Complaints Advisor
