Taking in the service as a whole I can only rate as poor. The colour was not as expected ..more on green spectrum but as bought on line without seeing thought it happens. Requested a return but after four days hadn’t received an email so called to be told it would cost me £20 to arrange a transfer for an item that cost £30 and I should have ‘read the terms and conditions ‘. I found this quite appalling and shoddy and I will never purchase from Cotswold again.
