I bought one of these lovely throws and loved it so much I ordered another two. Sadly one of the two newly ordered throws arrived a bit worse for wear (material had been pulled so there were gaps in the material). I should have emailed at the time but have been ill.
Great customer service and product would have five stars if one of the three hadn’t been so poor (as I say my own fault as I have no doubt it would have been replaced had I phoned).
