Throw With Cashmere - Mid Grey

This throw was very soft and a nice colour but thin and quite small so seemed poor value for the price, I therefore decided to return it and that is when the hassle began. There was no returns label or any instructions and after several emails I was told I had to send it back at my own expense, after creating my own returns label and note and that I needed to get a tracking number and then email them this to get a refund. So I queued at the post office, spent nearly £9 to post, sent the tracking number and have had no reply and no refund. My advice is be very sure you want the item before buying from this company. I am particularly disappointed as I have spent thousands of pounds with them recently and would of thought they might have valued my custom, but apparently not.

A really soft and cosy throw. I really like the fact it is double sided.
