Lovely thick rug, quality excellent. Exactly as described and illustrated on website.
Arrived on time, very pleased with the rug. Friends and family have passed comments on how nice it is, how thick it is, how it makes the room cosy. Thanks it very very nice.
Rug poorly portrayed by the photo. It has very long shaggy pile of various colours. Looks cheap. Terrible customer service - I rang 3 times to request a return, was kept on hold each time, asked to leave a message and nobody returned my calls. Won't shop here again
