Such a lovely rug, so soft and it is flat straight away so no curly edges which is great. Looks wonderful in our room and the ordering and delivery process was so simple and totally reliable.

A very nice rug although unfortunately too heavy for my purpose. It would have been cumbersome to move when vacuuming my oak floor and also probably too thick which would have blocked the benefit of underfloor hearing - something I hadn't thought of. It was returned on 5 April and I am still waiting for my refund.
