Considering the cost of these shelves, the finish is not great. The edges have not been smoothed off. When polishing the fibres of the cloth catch on the edge of the shelf making cleaning them very difficult

I ordered this shelf but was disappointed that it was damaged. Received a replacement but unfortunately this shelf was damaged on the underside too . Cotswold company handled my complaint well and gave me a discount.
