The demo item in store looked ideal and fantastic. When it arrived it had a huge hole in the door. tried to contact customer service and sent photos of the damage - no response. Several calls later with no reply and no respo se yo emails I contacted the showroom where staff re-sent the pictures and asked for someone to contact me. Nothing happened. Showroom tried again then a call was received from a disinterested person who arranged for a replacement. It is due to arrive tomorrow. I await delivery with trepidation. Surely when an item costs £899 might one expect the door to be made from decent wood rather than cardboard/hardboard. SEE photo
Moral to the tale - don't believe all you are told by sales people - once they have your money they loose all interest - cyheck what the doors are made of and check the item and photograph defects before the delivery men leave.

Looks good but has the following annoying faults:
1.Set of double doors do not line up .
2.A split in one of the painted upright joints.
3.The centre leg underneath does not sit on the floor , it is approx 1/2" short.
4.Some chips in the oak surrounding the granite work top.
5.There are no pre drilled holes for the runners for the baskets.
6.Some after care instructions would be useful.

Absolutely lovely I can’t stop looking at it. Perfect fit for my kitchen. Superb quality even the crates are top quality and the runners for the crates. Very fast delivery, it was all very simple and top quality
