Very pleased with this ,very good value for money found customer Service excellent.

I have given one star because it doesn't allow you to give no stars. I ordered the bookcase and paid for express delivery so that I could have it delivered when I had a day off work. The item arrived (eventually - delivery was pretty poor), but when I came to fix the shelves I noticed they were wobbly. It looks like the holes haven't been drilled level with each other. Customer services said they would replace it and quality check the new bookcase. I can't understand why they are not all quality checked! I had used my last holiday waiting for the first bookcase so asked if they could specify a time and I may be able to get a relative to take delivery. They were not very helpful and said they couldn't arrange a specific time so I had to go ahead and ask my dad to wait for the delivery for me. Unfortunately this meant that I wouldn't be there to check the bookcase when it arrived. When I got home that evening I found to my surprise the exact same problem. Wobbly shelves. Its incredibly frustrating. I have tried to call customer services but its Saturday so no answer. I was considering buying another bookcase because they do look lovely but I don't think its worth the hassle. Very disappointing.
