Arrived without shelves Doors extremely stiff and difficult to open. Awaiting replacement of unit.

I am sorry to hear you have had to arrange a replacement for this, however I can see that eventually the courier did locate the shelves to be underneath the item. Therefore an exchange was no longer needed, again I apologise for the confusion and distress caused.
