The bookcase was damaged when it arrived, so we asked for a replacement. This arrived a few days later, and was even more damaged than the first one. This is despite it going through an extra quality check. We also bought the nest of tables from the same range, which were also badly damaged.

I can see looking into your order that the damage that you encountered occured during transit, please be assured we have taken steps to try and minimise the chances of these type of damages occuring such as improving our packaging and working closely with our courier partners to ensure that their teams are sufficiently trained on how to correctly handle the furniture during deliveries. Once again I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced and I hope we can prove to you how we have improved the service soon!
