I bought this item just under 2 weeks ago. So far, 2 of the buttons have come off. I phoned last week to report the issue and was told to email with photos showing the problem. I have, but so far no response.

This item arrived last week, and although I love how it looks, the table itself has a really unpleasant odour that seems to be in the upholstery itself. I’m not sure if it came from the mesh casing it arrived in, but unfortunately it hasn’t lessened over time. Not great considering the cost and rather unfortunate to have a smelly ottoman in my sitting room..!
