Our product was delivered slightly marked, the delivery drivers were brilliant, took pictures and told us to keep it till a new one could be delivered. I got a phone call the same day to sort the issue and were very happy with the resolution, even though we had a marked item delivered, because of how we were treated we will be ordering again in the future

Looks great in my room although I am disappointed. This is a very lightweight piece of furniture as only the top is solid wood. Arrived well packaged but the middle 'foot' was loose and could have fallen out of the packaging (with no handles on the packaging the delivery persons had made holes trying to handle it). Unfortunately one half of the cabinet has a chip of damage on the door that has been painted over; a spot of paint chipped on the face and the wood top has a chip clearly at the manufacturing stage. Inside magnetic bracket not aligned straight and I would have expected better quality finish for the cost price.

Overall look is great. Unfortunately the charcoal paint doesn’t appear to be very sturdy as it has marked when used and we are extremely careful with everything we own. Slightly disappointed and nervous to use.
