We originally ordered the sofa with the mid grey house linen fabric. When it arrived, the color was different than the swatch, which in some ways was a good thing because the fabric was impossible to keep clean. The dog hair would get embedded in the fabric and you just couldn’t get out. So, when we contacted Customer Support to explain they sent the wrong fabric and they offered to replace it, we paid to upgrade and swap it with the aqua clean fabric. This has handled dog hair much better! However, we’ve also had a problem with the sofa cushions. It’s almost like they are over stuffed and they’re constantly lumpy and bulbous I know that feather stuffed cushions will never be flat, but I think there’s something wrong with these… After living with it for a year, we finally contacted Customer Support again and they sent out a technician. He suggested the inner foam should be glued together (the core of the cushion is essentially three thin pieces of egg crate foam) and he thought that might fix the problem, that maybe the three pieces of egg crate were sliding and misaligning. Which, having just read the description of the “Octocore“ technology, seems counterintuitive because it’s supposed to have gaps in it… But we shall see. To be honest, even after his repair, I still think the cushions look lumpy and over stuffed, but at least if it doesn’t get a wavy bump in it anymore, that will be an improvement! We will wait and see. On the plus side it is lovely and deep, it’s just that the cushions… You end up sliding into the gaps between them because they’re so bulbous. Also one last thing… The legs on the sofa we received are different than the legs on the floor model that we saw at the shop - probably they are correct / the same as the ones on the website, but that’s just something to be aware of!

Beautiful sofa. Super deep and comfy. The perfect addition to our living room. Modern but timeless at the same time. A piece that will be with us for a very long time.
