My experience with Cotswold was super positive, would highly recommend!!! There is no Cotsworld close to me, so I rang the service online for a video call. The Canterbury branch was the only one with the sofa, and the lady who chatted with me was super helpful. Asked so many questions and showed me the sofa from every angle. Ordered the sofa online and was a bit worried as I haven't tried it but it is super comfy. The delivery team Bobby and Mark were awesome as well. Excellent service!!!
