You can also choose from three beautiful oak finishes: rich Dark Oak for depth and warmth, natural Oiled Oak for a lighter, more contemporary feel, or sophisticated Smoked Oak for something in between. Do the beds come flat-packed or are they part-assembled?

All our beds are delivered part assembled. You'll just need to complete some simple final assembly at home.

What mattress sizes are compatible with these sleigh beds?

The Winchcombe sleigh beds are designed to fit standard UK mattress sizes. The double sleigh bed accommodates a standard double mattress (135 x 190cm), the kingsize sleigh bed fits a standard kingsize mattress (150 x 200cm), and the super king sleigh bed takes a standard super king mattress (180 x 200cm).

How much assembly is required, and are tools and instructions included?

How do I care for and maintain the wood finish on these sleigh beds?

To keep your Winchcombe sleigh bed looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth. For the Winchcombe Dark Oak and Winchcombe Smoked Oak finishes, which are sealed with lacquer, simply wipe with a slightly damp cloth when needed, then dry immediately. The Winchcombe Oiled Oak finish is sealed with oil to protect the natural grain, so you can refresh it occasionally with a suitable wood oil to maintain its warm lustre. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, and always wipe up spills straight away to protect the finish.

What warranty is provided, and what does it cover?
