Guest Bed and Trundle with Two Mattresses

I asked in the shop if it was flat packed and was told "no, this isn't Ikea". Guess what - it arrived flat packed. I asked the delivery guys if they built it and they said "no, it slots together with about 6 screws". It took me about 1.5 hours to unpack everything and then about 3 hours to assemble it. The instructions said it would take about 1 hour. However, I am very pleased with the product but your staff need educating about your products before giving advice about them. I suggest when you have a staff team building day give them a Trundle bed to assemble.

Happy when delivered. After two weeks of my 2 year old daughter sleeping in the bed we have noticed cracks both sides of the main bed. We have emailed and tried calling to advise of this and not had any acknowledgment. Considering the price and time had, we are not happy with this purchase never mind the lack of after care.

The frame and trundle are great. Seem very well made and I’m happy with the purchase. However, the mattresses are poor quality spring mattresses and very uncomfortable. The mattress bounces every time you shift and you really feel the springs. I regret buying the version that included them and would advise others just to buy the bed itself without the mattresses. Now I have to decide if it’s worth buying mattress pads (which the second one won’t fit when the trundle is slid under), or just cut my losses and put that money toward entirely new mattresses. It’s such a waste when companies make poor quality products.
