The quality of the product is good but I would never recommend Cotswold. The advertisement is in my opinion misleading stating a due date of one week. Clearly I assumed an approximate delivery date of a week rather than when is might be due to your own warehouse. In any case it was more than six weeks for delivery. Customer service is the worst I have encountered. Waiting for almost an hour to be able to get an update or speak to anyone is plainly unacceptable. I was promised a call when the delivery driver was en route within the pre-arranged three hour slot. Instead I was called 15 minutes before arrival. On arrival only one product was delivered with no explanation as to the other. I received no call to explain and had to send several e-mails, none of which were responded to. I attempted two calls, the first over 40 mins on hold and the second almost an hour. Eventually I got through to someone to be told there was an error on the delivery end. I finally got my product but after a lot of hassle and a bad retail experience. I would never shop again with Cotswold and would advise others not to either.

Very long delivery time. The chest of drawers wasn't as well made as the bookcase I purchased from you. The top drawers don't fit flush. One sticks out more than the other. Flimsy interior construction. Not great for quite an expensive buy.

Sadly very poor quality. The item was damaged so we had to return it. We requested a refund (instead of an exchange) as we could see that the materials were so poor it was not what we were expecting for the price. Very surprised that the Cotswold Co would import rubbish from China but that's what we got. Very disappointed, although on the plus side customer services were excellent and refunded us with no quibble.
