I cancelled this order on the day of delivery. I spoke to Cotswold Company an hour before delivery was due. I explained the error that I had made. The customer advisor was fantastic, I explained the problem, he helped reorder an alternative product, cancelled the delivery and rearranged for delivery of the alternative product for the following day. The item is perfect, the delivery men were efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend this company to everyone
