Both beds fine, however one of the mattresses has a small issue.Raised problem with customer service about one week ago - no cotton buttons on mattress right way up asked for replacements to be posted.

Good quality bed, all as expected, no nasty surprises. It is quite high though, as others have mentioned but not a problem for an adult sleeper.

Cannot believe you are asking me to review this item!!! May I suggest you check previous emails we’ ve exchanged! The bed was delivered on Friday 4th July. I had paid for next day delivery and assembly but according to the gentlemen it was missing instructions and the correct number of fittings My contact with your customer support team informed me I should wait 3-5 working days for delivery of said items and then inform you to arrange for the bed’s assembly. It is day 4 and I’m still waiting. Not impressed with the (lack) of service I’ve received from your company
