Colour, fabric and style very nice -as expected . However seats very deep and seat cushions very plump. I realise this was more so as I chose it on line and didn't try it out before buying. Also the seat cushions seem a bit " crackley " and uneven - as if stuffed with plastic . I hope this may settle with use? I am happy with customer service before and at delivery.
Really pleased with my 2 sofas. They are very well made and exactly like the sample I got sent.. The only thing I was disappointed with was the delivery men didn’t fix on the legs. I had to wait for someone to help me. I know we have to pay to put a table together but attaching the legs to the sofa should be included.
Love the sofa. Very comfortable and really like the colour and the material. It is a good quality sofa - just what we need. However, the only reason I gave the quality rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because a gap appears in-between the 2 cushions, so any 3rd person sitting there (and it is a 3-seater sofa) would probably find it uncomfortable as the gap is quite prominent. There is only 2 of us most of the time so its not really a day-to-day issue.
